Full course description
This course called Energy Transition in the Baltic Sea Region, has been created in recognition of the imperative for all to explore more about energy, energy policy and the energy system during a time of changing and evolving dynamics in the world, but particularly in the Baltic Sea Region.
The course provides a short introduction to this topic, focusing on certain aspects relating to energy.
The course will begin by providing a context of energy in the Baltic Sea Region, before profiling some effects of energy as well as individual examples of energies and energy sources. The course has both an interdisciplinary and interregional focus. Numerous examples will be given. The course is a regional cooperation between experts from across the Baltic Sea Region including from Germany, Estonia and Poland.

All lectures are accompanied by readings and quizzes.
